Jithin John is the Head of Certification for testing and certification of AI and ML products in RMAI. He brings over eight years of expertise in certification, compliance, and technical leadership to the role.

Holding a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics and another in Business Administration (Operations Management), complemented by a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Jithin blends advanced technical knowledge with strategic operational insight.

His tenure in the TIC industry across the Middle East and North Africa, culminating in the management of multiple teams, demonstrated his ability to ensure compliance with international standards, optimize processes, and lead high-performing teams.

He spends his free time advancing his engineering skills, reading books, learning philosophy, improving his automotive racing skills, training self-defense techniques and understanding spirituality!
